These terms explain the rules for using Reelography as a customer or a photographer. By using the website or apps, you agree to them.
1. Your agreement with us
These terms cover how customers and photographers use Reelography's website and apps, including protected Wedding and Pre-Wedding bookings. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the platform.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- Give accurate registration details and keep your login secure.
- You must be able to enter a contract under Indian law to book or sell services.
- Photographers must complete verification and onboarding before appearing in public discovery.
- We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security risks.
3. How the marketplace works
Reelography provides discovery, messaging, booking tools, and protected payment and delivery workflows. Photographers are responsible for the quality of their creative work. Customers are responsible for giving accurate event information.
4. Packages and protected bookings
- Wedding and Pre-Wedding packages use standard templates; studios set their own price and notes.
- Once your advance is paid, a protected booking locks the package, price, team, dates, deliverables, and timelines.
- The website is a preview — chat, availability, booking, and delivery happen in the Reelography apps.
5. Fees
You pay the quoted package price; we don't add a separate platform fee to your bill. For a successful Wedding or Pre-Wedding booking, our fee is 6.25% of the booking value and the studio keeps 93.75% (before the studio's taxes and payment-provider charges). Full detail is on Payments & payouts.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
- No scraping, credential stuffing, or getting around our security controls.
- No moving payments off-platform to dodge the protections that keep both sides safe.
7. Media and Reelo Event
Delivered photos and videos are accessed through your booking and Reelo Event, subject to payment and review steps. When guest face discovery is on, it returns each guest's matched moments within that one event only. See Content & media rights.
8. Campaigns
Seasonal couple campaigns — such as a chance to win a honeymoon voucher — are optional promotions with their own terms when they run. They are not guaranteed with every booking.
9. Service and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis, and some features may be turned on gradually. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a booking is limited to the fees paid to the platform for that booking in the three months before the issue.
